10000 Lions decided to bring Petah Sunday (The engineer who actually built our Sound System and Co-Founder of our project) back to India again around 4-5 years ago, for us to go from state to state of India to record many different singers and players of instruments!

Our dub master and one of two producers of our project Petah Sunday (Other producer is Ninjah) were the man who recorded them all and who also spent aloooot of time on editing these tunes..

We were facing not only language barriers but also musical barriers when trying to explain to these advanced musicians of India about the relatively simple chord progressions of UK DUB..

Musically sometimes its difficult to make something simple beautiful when you're used to way more complex musical creations yet in the end these tunes are pure masterpieces of the Indian - Jamaican connection!

After alot of recordings and countless of hours editing the many different recorded takes, Petah Sunday has put together 7 songs of the highest quality for 10000 Lions, fusing together King David Dub Style with traditional Indian singers and instruments.

This has been a dubplate for a long time that we now wanted to share with the world!

For the ones who bought our first 12 inch release Fear Not / Swagatam Jahzz will notice that this is on the same riddim as Swagatam Jahzz!

It is a pleasure to finally start to release our music both in vinyl & digital format!
